EchoSOS by MobileMed Sarl experienced fluctuations in downloads, beginning with over 1K and witnessing a dip in mid-July. However, it regained momentum, reaching a high of 1.2K downloads in the first week of September. Weekly active users for EchoSOS showed a general increase from 2.8K in early July to approximately 2.5K by the end of September, indicating stable user engagement.
